Every year I look forward to St. Patrick’s Day for so many reasons:
Usually, this is the light at the end of the (winter) tunnel. In fact - St. Patrick’s Day is exactly 6 weeks after Ground Hogs Day, meaning spring is on the way!
And after spending 4 months abroad on the Emerald Isle - even though St. Patrick’s Day is a normal day across the pond, this day brings back all the memories of my time there. You can read my Ireland highlight list here.
Do you smell corned beef and cabbage yet? You will probably see me cook one on my IG stories soon!
Lastly, I look forward to St. Patrick’s Day because it’s all about the craic. After these last two years, this day could be extra fun!
